Our Story...
The Ala d'Oro Hotel and Restaurant has a rich and fascinating history, linked to the prestigious Palazzo dei Conti Rossi di San Secondo. Built in the 18th century, the palace has hosted several illustrious figures, including Cornelia Rossi Martinetti, a prominent figure in local history. Transformed into a hotel after World War II by Berto Marabini, the palace has become a landmark in the city of Lugo. Over the years, the hotel has undergone several renovations and expansions, always maintaining its historic charm. Family management has been a constant, with the Nostri family actively contributing to its management from the very beginning. Today, thanks to the passion and dedication of Elena Faenza and her children, Elisa and Federico Bellodi, the Ala d'Oro continues to offer a warm welcome and high-quality service, becoming a popular destination for both business travelers and tourists seeking authenticity and comfort.
